Reviews and Ratings
I was blown away by how fantastic this hotel is! From the large and fancy rooms with breathtaking views to the outstanding service and top-notch dining options, this is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The only downside was a bit of dust in the room.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and fancy, working very well, and kept very clean. The service was polite and helpful, but there were some issues with attentiveness, especially in the restaurant. The location was perfect for my needs and provided a view of the Shanghai skyline. The dining was delicious but a bit pricey, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers a super comfy stay with almost a 180-degree view and is equipped with all the amenities you would expect. The service is incredibly helpful and attentive, although some areas need training. The location is perfect for reaching many important metro lines, surrounded by skyscrapers. The dining experience was lovely with plenty of choices, but with a few shortcomings. The facilities are top-notch, making the stay enjoyable overall.
Arriving at the hotel, I couldn't help but marvel at the amazing views over the Bund from my room. The breathtaking vistas definitely set a great tone. However, the check-in experience was a bit off with the room not being ready at 3 pm, and there was no apology from the receptionist. Once I settled in, though, the spectacular room with its mesmerizing views made up for the initial hiccup.
The hotel had very comfortable beds and offered a cozy, comfortable stay with amazing staff. The room was modern and spacious with a nice bathroom and a great view, although some service aspects were lacking and slow.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view of Shanghai, but the prices seemed a bit high for the level of customer service they provided. The nightly loud music was a downside for a peaceful rest.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with cozy rooms offering excellent views of the Shanghai skyline and a modern feel. The staff were amazing, although the overall room quality was slightly below expectations.
The hotel offers beautiful and clean rooms with superb comfort and all expected amenities, although the customer service doesn't quite match the pricing. The view from the spacious and stylish rooms is fantastic.
The hotel offers amazing views over the Bund from our room, which was super comfy with all the amenities you would expect. The service had a few kinks, but the staff at the Kitchen Table were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location, although not on the Bund, was great for both adults and kids. The dining experience had its ups and downs with plentiful options but some lapses in service. The facilities were convenient with modern amenities.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Bund from modern and spacious rooms, although the pricing may not match the level of customer service provided. The service is a mix of helpfulness and lack of attentiveness. The location is convenient for transportation but lacks the iconic Bund proximity. Dining options vary in quality, with a decent amount of choice but potential for improvement. The facilities are well-equipped, providing various services and amenities to enhance the stay.
