I was blown away by how fantastic this hotel is! From the large and fancy rooms with breathtaking views to the outstanding service and top-notch dining options, this is truly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The only downside was a bit of dust in the room.

Arriving at the hotel, I couldn't help but marvel at the amazing views over the Bund from my room. The breathtaking vistas definitely set a great tone. However, the check-in experience was a bit off with the room not being ready at 3 pm, and there was no apology from the receptionist. Once I settled in, though, the spectacular room with its mesmerizing views made up for the initial hiccup.
